Your Appointment

Your Appointment

You are entitled to a free check up every six months but the dentist will advise you on how regularly you should attend.

At your first visit you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire which helps in our diagnoses and treatment. This will be updated regularly and you should inform us of any changes. All information is strictly confidential.

The dentist will assess what is required and discuss any options with you. A treatment plan will be drawn up including the cost of any item of service. Occasionally the plan may change but this will be discussed with you.

We give a courtesy call, email or text to remind you that your check-up is due. If we are unable to contact you, or you failed to return for treatment or missed an appointment, please take the responsibility of contacting us to arrange your recall visit.

Please inform us of any changes to your personal details to help us maintain accurate records. Please note to maintain your registration with us we will require regular attendance or risk deregistration. We are not here to provide any emergency only service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice in order to allocate the appointment time to another patient.

A fee of £10 or £20 may be charged for failed appointments or late cancellations. This is necessary to help cover the overhead costs.
